Welcome to Fraser Wellness. By using our website fraserwellness.com or enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1.1 To enroll in any Fraser Wellness course, you must provide accurate and complete personal information.
1.2 Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received or an approved payment plan is in place.
1.3 Some courses may require completion of an online prerequisite portion before attending in-person sessions.
1.4 Fraser Wellness reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if information is inaccurate, incomplete, or if prerequisites are not completed.
2.1 All course fees are listed on fraserwellness.com and are subject to change without prior notice.
2.2 Payment is accepted through secure third-party processors. Fraser Wellness does not store credit/debit card information.
2.3 Fees are non-refundable unless Fraser Wellness cancels the course. In that case, a full refund will be issued.
2.4 Discounts or promotions are subject to terms outlined at the time of offer and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
3.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule your enrollment, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the course date.
3.2 Refunds for cancellations made by the participant are subject to our cancellation policy and any applicable administrative fees.
3.3 Fraser Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or alternative dates.
4.1 Course content, including online lessons, videos, and materials, are for the personal use of the enrolled participant only.
4.2 Sharing, distributing, or reproducing course materials without written consent from Fraser Wellness is prohibited.
4.3 Access to online content may be revoked if terms are violated or payment is not completed.
5.1 Participants must arrive on time and attend all required in-person sessions.
5.2 Fraser Wellness is not responsible for lost or incomplete course progress if participants fail to complete online portions before the in-person sessions.
5.3 Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions and guidelines during practical training. Fraser Wellness is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions.
6.1 Upon successful completion of a course, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
6.2 Certificates are valid according to American Red Cross standards. It is the participant’s responsibility to renew certifications when required.
6.3 Fraser Wellness reserves the right to withhold certificates if course requirements are not fully met.
7.1 All content on fraserwellness.com, including text, images, logos, and course materials, is the property of Fraser Wellness or its licensors.
7.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.
8.1 Fraser Wellness provides training to the best of its ability but does not guarantee specific outcomes, including the ability to save lives or prevent injuries.
8.2 To the extent permitted by law, Fraser Wellness is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in courses, use of online content, or reliance on the information provided.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
