FIRST AID/CPR/AED CERTIFICATION & TRAINING:

At Fraser Wellness, we provide top-quality First Aid/CPR/AED classes  delivered by an  Accredited  First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor-BL-r.21  who will equip  you with the knowledge and skills to respond to medical emergencies.These courses are designed for both the general public and professional responders. 

Certification and Training Offered:

Basic First Aid Skills

The basic first aid training will cover  and train you how to perform and administer below techniques. 

  • How to assess and manage common injuries and illnesses, such as cuts, burns, fractures, sprains, and allergic reactions.
  • Techniques for handling medical emergencies like choking, seizures, heat-related illnesses, and more.
  • How to properly assess a victim, ensure their safety, and provide appropriate care until professional help arrives.
  • How to handle basic life-threatening conditions (e.g., severe bleeding, shock).

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

Our CPR certification classes  will teach you the skills and knowledge needed to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies. The training  training with cover Adult, Child, and Infant CPR. At completion of the training you will have learnt have the following skills.

  • How to perform high-quality chest compressions.
  • Proper techniques for giving rescue breaths, both with and without a barrier (e.g., mask or shield).
  • Differences in CPR protocols for adults, children, and infants.
  • Using CPR in various emergency scenarios, including in situations where someone is unconscious and not breathing.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

An AED is a portable electronic device that analyzes the heart’s rhythm and, if needed, delivers an electric shock(defibrillation) to help the heart re-establish an effective rhythm. At the end of this training, you will have the confidence and skills to:

  • How to assess if an AED is necessary and safe to use in an emergency.
  • The steps for properly applying the AED pads to the victim and following the device's instructions.
  • Understanding how the AED detects abnormal heart rhythms and delivers a shock if needed.
  • Hands-on practice using the AED in a simulated emergency.

Basic Life Support (BLS)

This is an Advanced Skills course  for Healthcare Providers:

  • BLS includes more detailed and advanced care for healthcare providers, such as managing a patient’s airway, providing effective ventilation, and advanced CPR techniques.

Become a certified CPR instructor with our comprehensive training program. We provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to teach others life-saving techniques. Following our training, you will have  necessary knowledge and skills to deliver training with confidence, including: 

  • Teaches and demonstrates the skills and concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Evaluates student performance: ensuring they meet the skills criteria and can confidently respond in an emergency.
  • Offers feedback and corrections to help students improve their abilities.
  • Fosters a positive learning environment to increase confidence and retention of critical emergency response skills.
